Located in Midtown Manhattan, Selene has lifted the curtain on a suite of newly furnished model residences designed by frenchCALIFORNIA.

Designed in and out by the Pritzker Prize-winning architecture firm Foster + Partner, the fully realized contemporary landmark offers curated pied-à-terre residences with sweeping views of New York City.

Inspired by how natural light transforms Selene’s tower residences throughout the day, frenchCALIFORNIA's design for the three model residences features a muted, tonal colour palette comprised of gray, taupe and other warm neutrals, combined with airy drapery to accentuate the play of light and colour within each home.

The artsy homes boast a collection of design pieces hand-picked by frenchCALIFORNIA, including renowned makers such as Marcel Breuer, Hans Wegner, Christophe Delcourt and Philippe Starck.

Glamorous yet modern accessories and lighting fixtures from the likes of CC Tapis, B+B Italia and Michael Anastassiades weave through the space. One-of-a-kind art by renowned artists including Lisette Model, Christo, and Agnes Martin form the focal point of the model residences, injecting the space with refinement and sophistication.
